There are lots of comments which can be made regarding this product, both good and bad, since I've been using it myself for the last few years, however, I'd say the majority of them are beneficial.

To start with i want to state, that I've been struggling with acne for the last ten years. After a while trying out the different acne products, and after a substantial amount of cash being spent (acne products do not come cheap), and feeling somewhat sad to be honest due to the lack of results, I'd almost quit, until I found an advertisement in a magazine for the Panoxyl Bar 10. I'd heard about the product before, but during the time I was always using a different product, so would put it in the back of my thoughts to consider for later, and then usually I'd fail to remember all about it. Anyway, at this point, I wasn't using an acne product, and so i saw the ad, and visited the shops a few hours later to get it. At this point, they state that it can remove acne within a couple weeks, something I'd heard more often than not before by other acne items, but I am glad to say that I in fact began to see results after just a few days use, using it twice daily for approximately 20 seconds every time, once in the morning when I woke up, and once again before going to sleep in the evening.

The active ingredient in the Panoxyl Bar 10% is Benzoyl Peroxide, which is considered to be one of the better ways to eliminate acne as it kills the acne causing bacteria. I'd heard about possible negative effects of using Benzoyl Peroxide based products, normally that it is really drying, and I found this to be the case when making use of the Panoxyl Bar 10. After a couple of days use, my skin was notable drier, feeling tighter a few minutes after washing, but this was not such a problem as I usually moisturise anyway, therefore gaining the moisture back into my skin. A couple of days after use, I realized that the breakouts I had on both cheeks had began to reduce in size, and soon after just a week, they were basically gone. Similar results were found when applied to my neck, slightly below my jaw line, as well as on my back. These did take a little longer to clear, but after a couple of weeks use, they were pretty much non-existent also.

Overall, I'm really impressed by the product, not just for it's effectiveness, but in addition for how little it actually costs in comparison with other items of this type. The only negative I can say about it is the drying out it may cause to your skin, but Personally i think as though it is a small price to pay to clear your skin, and this can easily be resolved using a good moisturiser right after using the face wash. I actually cannot rate this product enough.
